Direction to use

Gas Cooker/Induction Cooker:

  1. Pour in 1.8–2 litres of water and wait for boiling.

  2. Add washed herbs into the pot.

  3. Set at low mode to cook for 45–60 minutes and add suitable amount of salt at last 5–10 minutes.

Slow Cooker:

  1. Pour in 1.5 litres of water and wait for boiling.

  2. Set at low mode to cook for 3 hours.

  3. Add suitable amount of salt at last 10 minutes.

烹调方法

煤气炉/电磁炉:

  1. 将约1.8–2公升的水加入锅中,待水沸腾。

  3. 以小火方式煮约45–60分钟,待最后5–10分钟加入适量盐调味即可。

慢炖锅:

  1. 将约1.5公升的水加入锅中,待水沸腾。

  2. 以小火方式慢煮约3小时。

  3. 待最后10分钟加入适量盐调味即可。
