茶树菇，又名茶薪菇，柱壮田头菇，杨树菇，柳松菇，是一种高蛋白质和氨基酸的食药用菌，菌盖细嫩、柄脆、味纯香、鲜美可口，因野生于油茶树的枯干上也得名茶树菇。茶树菇是当前可开发的十种珍稀菇之一，2008年9月，茶树菇被“神七”带入太空，为培育新品种奠定了基础。
